Terms of Use

By accessing or using AVATARA (operated by Harshiv Symposium LLP, hereafter "we", "us", "our"), you ("the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with at least 7 days notice for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

AVATARA is a financial education and educational software platform. All content — courses, software-generated analysis reports, articles, videos and tools — is provided for educational and awareness purposes only.

Harshiv Symposium LLP is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or any other regulated financial intermediary.

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, stock recommendations, portfolio management services or solicitation of any financial transaction. All trading decisions are solely the user's responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a paid account. Programs marketed to minors (e.g. SPARK — Kids Finance, Age 8–14) require explicit parental supervision and consent; parents/guardians are the contracting party for those programs.

You confirm all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us at [email protected] immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misuse, attempt to circumvent plan-based access controls or use the platform to defraud, mislead or harm third parties.

AVATARA currently offers the following products, each with its own pricing as published on the Plans page:

• APEX Lifetime — Comprehensive trading education program. ₹9,999 one-time payment. Lifetime access. Currently in waitlist, expected launch July 2026.

• Avatara Nakshatra — Indian markets desktop trading terminal (Zerodha only). Plans: ₹1,299/month, ₹3,597/quarter, ₹6,594/half-year, ₹11,988/year. Includes 7-day free trial. Requires user's own Zerodha Kite Connect subscription (₹500/month, billed by Zerodha separately).

• Avatara Meridian — Forex / crypto / global markets terminal (MetaTrader 5). Live (v0.1.10). Plans from ₹1,999/month. Includes 7-day free trial.

• Free Academy programs — SHIELD (Financial Awareness), SPARK (Kids Finance), VISION (Investment Education). No payment required; account registration only.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (RBI-licensed payment aggregator). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy linked in the footer.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, plan structure or feature mix with at least 14 days advance notice via email or in-app notification. Existing prepaid subscribers retain their current rate until next renewal.

Avatara Nakshatra and Avatara Meridian are desktop applications licensed (not sold) under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. The license is granted via an Ed25519-signed license key issued on payment confirmation.

Each license key is bound to ONE machine on first activation. If you change your computer, you may re-bind the license via your Dashboard up to 3 times per 30 days. Beyond this limit, contact [email protected] with proof of ownership.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, share, resell or attempt to extract the embedded license verification logic. Sharing your license key with others is grounds for immediate revocation without refund.

License keys remain valid as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation or expiry, the software ceases to function after a 7-day grace period.

Nakshatra requires a separate Zerodha Kite Connect subscription (₹500/month, billed by Zerodha — not by us) for live market data. Without an active Kite Connect subscription, the software cannot fetch data and is effectively non-functional.

New users may request one 7-day free trial of Avatara Nakshatra per email address per 90 days. No payment information is required.

The trial license is issued for the full feature set, bound to a single machine and automatically expires at the end of the 7-day period. No automatic conversion to a paid plan; you must explicitly subscribe to continue using the software.

Attempting to create multiple trial accounts via different emails to circumvent the limit is grounds for permanent ban without refund.

Ask AVATARA is a content-search assistant that answers from our own curated educational material. It does not provide stock-specific advice, live prices or personal portfolio review and will decline anything that would require a SEBI license.

Do not attempt to circumvent fair-use rate limits via automated scraping, multiple accounts or bot activity; doing so may result in account suspension.

Answers are for education only and are not investment advice. Always verify factual claims independently.

All course content, written materials, design assets, software code and platform branding are the intellectual property of Harshiv Symposium LLP and protected under Indian and international copyright law.

You may access content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works of any material without prior written consent from [email protected].

User-generated content (trade journal entries, notes, paper trading history) remains your property. By using AVATARA, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display this content solely to provide the service to you. We will not share user-generated content with third parties except under court order.

You agree NOT to: share account credentials or license keys; reverse-engineer, scrape or extract platform content; use the platform to provide financial advice to third parties; upload harmful, illegal or infringing content; attempt to disrupt platform operations; impersonate other users; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

You agree NOT to use platform data, signals or educational content in any automated trading bot or third-party software that places real-money orders. All trading actions taken based on platform output are your sole responsibility.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party data referenced in educational content, accuracy of software-generated analysis or fitness for any particular purpose.

Past educational examples, historical market data, simulated backtests and example scenarios are for illustration only and do not predict future market performance. Trading any financial instrument involves risk of loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Harshiv Symposium LLP, its partners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any financial loss, trading losses, lost profits, data loss or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or its educational content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019.

You may close your account anytime by emailing [email protected]. Your account will be marked closed within 7 business days, your access revoked and personal data deleted within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. tax records under the Income Tax Act).

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms after providing written notice (where possible) and a reasonable opportunity to cure. For serious violations (fraud, security threats, harassment), suspension may be immediate.

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the registered office location of Harshiv Symposium LLP.
