By accessing or using AVATARA (operated by Harshiv Symposium LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

AVATARA is a financial education platform. All content — including courses, AI Terminal responses, articles, videos, and tools — is provided for educational and awareness purposes only.

Harshiv Symposium LLP is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or any other regulated financial intermediary.

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, stock recommendations, portfolio management services, or solicitation of any financial transaction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misuse, or attempt to circumvent plan-based access controls.

AVATARA offers multiple subscription tiers (Foundation, Professional, Expert, Elite). Each plan grants access to specific content and AI Terminal query limits as described on the Pricing page.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed and platform access is granted, no refund, credit, or reversal will be issued under any circumstances.

This no-refund policy applies to all plans including partial-month usage, unused query limits, and early cancellations. By completing a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations will apply at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.

All course content, written materials, AI-generated educational responses, design assets, and platform code are the intellectual property of Harshiv Symposium LLP.

You may access content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The AVATARA PRIME AI Terminal is powered by AI for educational research purposes. Responses are generated for educational purposes only and must not be construed as financial advice.

Query limits apply per plan. Attempting to circumvent limits or use the terminal for automated scraping, spam, or abuse will result in account suspension.

You agree not to: share account credentials with others; reverse-engineer or scrape platform content; use the platform to provide financial advice to third parties; upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content; or attempt to disrupt platform operations.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party data referenced in educational content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Past educational examples, historical market data, and simulated scenarios are for illustration only and do not predict future market performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harshiv Symposium LLP shall not be liable for any financial loss, trading losses, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or its educational content.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
