Refund Policy
HARSHIV SYMPOSIUM LLP · Effective: 17 March 2025
All subscription fees paid to Harshiv Symposium LLP are strictly non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before completing any payment on the AVATARA platform.
No-Refund Policy
All payments made for AVATARA subscription plans — including Foundation (₹999/month), Professional (₹2,499/month), Expert (₹3,999/month), and Elite (₹7,999/month) — are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is confirmed and platform access is granted, no refund, credit, reversal, or transfer will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to:
- Partial-month or partial-period usage
- Unused AI Terminal query limits
- Early cancellation of subscription
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Change of mind after purchase
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle — after which it will not renew.
No prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a payment on AVATARA, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving platform access is a violation of these terms and may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to the payment processor for abuse
- Legal action where applicable under Indian law
Duplicate / Failed Payments
In the event of a verified duplicate charge (same transaction processed twice by Razorpay due to a technical error), please contact us at reachus.hs@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment receipt. Genuine duplicate charges will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion. This does not apply to intentional multiple plan purchases.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
