Is AVATARA SEBI registered?
No. AVATARA by Harshiv Symposium LLP is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager. All content and tools are for educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
Who runs AVATARA?
AVATARA is built and operated by Harshiv Symposium LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership founded in March 2025. Paresh R. Wagh is the Founder and Designated Partner and also serves as the Grievance Officer.

Education
Are SHIELD, SPARK and VISION courses really free?
Yes. SHIELD, SPARK and VISION are completely free with no hidden fees and no credit card required. APEX (advanced market mastery) is the only paid program and it launches in July 2026.
Do the courses give a certificate?
Yes. SHIELD, SPARK and VISION issue a certificate of completion once you finish the program and pass the module quizzes.
What is the difference between SHIELD and VISION?
SHIELD covers personal-finance fundamentals — budgeting, savings, insurance and equity basics — for beginners. VISION is an investment-education program covering mutual funds, index investing and portfolio construction for those ready to start investing.
What age group is SPARK for?
SPARK is designed for children aged 8 to 14. It builds early money habits — saving, budgeting and basic investing — through age-appropriate modules.
What is APEX and when does it launch?
APEX is AVATARA’s advanced market-mastery program covering technical analysis, derivatives, options strategies and trading psychology. It is scheduled to launch in July 2026. You can join the waitlist from the Education page.
Trading Software
What is the difference between Nakshatra and Meridian?
Nakshatra is for active traders in Indian markets (NSE/BSE) and requires a Zerodha Kite Connect account. Meridian is for global markets — forex, gold, indices and crypto — via MetaTrader 5 and works with any MT5 broker.
Are Nakshatra and Meridian desktop or web apps?
Both are native desktop applications for Windows 10 and Windows 11. They run on your own machine and connect to live market data.
How much do the terminals cost?
Nakshatra starts at ₹1,299/month (₹999/month effective on the yearly plan). Meridian starts at ₹1,999/month (₹1,500/month effective on the yearly plan). See the Pricing page for all billing cycles.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Nakshatra and Meridian offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
Does Nakshatra need a separate Zerodha subscription?
Yes. Nakshatra requires your own Zerodha Kite Connect API subscription (₹500/month, billed directly by Zerodha — you bring your own key), in addition to your Nakshatra plan.

What is paper trading?
Paper trading is risk-free practice. AVATARA’s free simulator gives you virtual capital on live NSE/BSE prices so you can test strategies and learn without risking real money.
Is the trading journal free?
Yes. The AVATARA trading journal is free for all users. Log your trades, analyse performance and build discipline at no cost.
What is the Saturday Round-Table?
The Round-Table is a free live financial-education session held every Saturday at 11 AM IST, covering the SHIELD, VISION, SPARK and APEX programs. It is open to everyone.
Billing & Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Software subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the licence has not yet been activated. See the Refund Policy page for full terms and how to request a refund.
